Méthode Champenoise Blanc de Noirs
Pale yellow, pinpoint bubbles, yeasty nose. Cool, creamy mouthfeel, decent acid, fruity (orchard fruit and lemon), slight skin astringency on finish. I prefer this to their Brut, but both are very good value

Oct 18th, 2018Easily one of New Mexico's finest wines - a crisp, tart sparking wine that draws its heritage from the French family who started the label. Clean finish with some great citrus notes in between. Wonderful stuff - cheers from ABQ!

Beautiful on its own, but pairs very well with food. This is my go to suggestion for anyone looking for "Champagne" that doesn't want to pay champagne prices.
