It is what they say: Things that grow together, go well together. This wine is at harmony with Paella. Had this at a place called Café Madrid with tapas and paella in tapas form (sounds counter productive..).

👃 Oak dominated nose, but a soft teasing one vs a wallop by an oaky bad boy bat 😎 easing into dark spiced cherry, vanilla, earth, thick balsamic jam, light leather & smoke
👄 Med body of balsamic infused dark cherry w/ green herb tones, mocha hints, liquorice chards
🎯 Med+ earthy balsamic mocha liquorice touch dry oaky dark cherry finale which could do w/ more time 😉
