65% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Meunier.
Disgorged 10/2012 and based on the 2007-vintage with 28% reserve wines added.

Better than the last bottle but still just not doing it for me.

Wish it was more complex, kinda dull..pear and tart citrus, one dimensional, very average.

Austere for sure but well made, delish and very drinkable

With crab and more.

Settling down. Of course high acid but feels low dosage but not zero. Very good.

Would happily drink this everyday.
