2000 opened today, shows good now but doesn't have a whole lot of life left by my assessment of this particular bottle. The 2007 however, 20+ years.

Anyone know the story of how Kermit came into possession of chadderdon products? Multiple old bottles purchased from Kermit have chadderdon stickers....

At its best. Light, soft tannin, dried raisiny fruit. Good acidity. Lovely wine from a great producer in a tough vintage.

Shy nose, but palate is 9.8. Crazy sweet/acid balance. Balsamic, sour cherry, smoke. Great density of flavor but weightless. This won the cork lottery. Insanely youthful still. Drank with duck ragu.
