Bright, high acidity and grabby tannins. Nice sour cherry flavor with crisp bell pepper. Needed a bit of aeration to open it up.

I found it thin. I did as others had suggested and gave it >30 minutes to open. It never achieved.

V2013. Brought in by regular customer Jacob. Very light, delicate and flavorful. Full of light red flower petals, red fruit, mellow acid and balanced minerality. Very nice.
