Lightly tart/sweet, refreshing, yes! Upper Mosel, land of limestone, and Ebling. Minerals coming out after warming up and good dose of air. Beautiful wine drink now or within 5-6 years from vintage on this 2013.

got a little powdered tomato (which I can’t stand on chips and yet which fits in so nicely here) and lemon curd, touch if grapefruit skin, a teensy bit-o-pseudo effervescence care of some mouth-pleasing acid and a good deal of mineral bounce, something so bright I can’t see....and yes 10 percent abv means go go go...lipsmackingly good juice.

A mix of grüner veltliner, Riesling and Muscat characteristics. Floral elderflower, celeriac, high acid and awesome.
