Undeniably California fruit and style but balanced with a solid amount of tertiary aromas and flavors emerging behind a powerful red fruit and peppery bite

Oh my...

The nose is racy and opulent. I love the strawberry and cinnamon interplay, with a smidge of oak. On the palette, the wine is deftly balanced and fully evolved. There's much to celebrate in the glass. Bing cherries, strawberries and spice box draw you in. This wine had shed all of its puppy-fat, and as a result, it represents a text-book example of the varietal. Outstanding in every way.
