At the family GSM tasting/get together. All wines tasted single blind.

Complex, high-toned nose. Sagebrush, cherry, in a leaner style, nice acidity, will last several more years. Would be great with pasta.

Delicate nose of purest crushed berries and stony gravel. Dried purple irises too. Flavors seem still tight and in need of aging. Very mineral and bright textured. Still some tannin to resolve and very good acids. Cellar at least 2-3 more years.

True DCV deliciousness in GSM form: boisterous fruit, bright acid, fine tannins and that special Dry Creek minerality. Always a pleasure Steve!

Nice lil' GSM. Medium in all categories. The wine is flawless yet a touch subdued for my own personal taste. Fun to drink and I have no regrets ordering it. I happen to prefer my GSM a tad more expressive on the palate.
