A Chardonnay and Pinot Noir blend. Golden straw with stone fruit aromas and yeasty notes. On the palate peach and apple flavors with a nutty mineral character. Ok balance on a medium finish ending with chalky tones. An ok bubbly, but at similar price points there are better ones. For a few$ more, their Brut reserve is much better.

The finish is pretty well-balanced with a raspberry whipped honey note that's very persistent. There also some notable extremely faint and fine tannins on the finish. I find this to be an interesting and unique Champagne.

Bready, yeasty, Apple spice, almonds and peach on the palate. Apple pie with butter crust, great acidity and nuts in the palate. Great stuff.
