First time tasting 11 Cailles. Tart cranberry fruit. Not bad for 11 vintage. Cleaner than most Chevillon Cailles w/ just a touch of Brett. Tastes good!

同じロベール・シュヴィヨンの1erの中でも、レ・ロンシールはクラクラさせられるような妖艶で魅惑的な香り高さ、レ・ブシェロはエシェゾーのようなコクと凝縮感を感じさせるのに対し、レ・カイユはシャンボール・ミュジニーのような軽やかさを感じさせ、キャラクターが全く異なる。レ・カイユもとても美味しいが、やはり個人的にはレ・ロンシエールが好きだ。
