Toasty bread qualifies balanced by bright lemon zest and green apple. Lively and still quite youthful.

My life is now complete. (Until next time) ;-P
scents of brioche mixes with the sea breeze pushing the flowers of the lime tree through the window. A note of flintyness followed by hazelnut. Pure Chardonnay fruit with a richness that will live forever.

Like a liquid Montrachet, this fuses power, depth, length and terroir. It is not even close to its apex, however plenty enjoyable now. The only issue is to me it needs to round out a little more and integrate a little more. Decant if you open now, the dimension on this is extraordinary. If you wait 4-5 years it will be multiples better. #domruinart #blancdeblancs

Still tight & wound up on fruit profile with so much potential. Black mould, linear in ripe apples, chalky, searing acidity. Not showing a ton of fruit & needs at last 5 years to open up. Not sure I could wait that long.

9 years on lees. Complex, yeasty nose with subdued apple and citrus aromatics. Rich and robust palate. 45 second, mouthwatering finish. One of the world's best. 100% Grand Cru fruit.

Brioche, crushed rocks, candied lime, quince, and a slight honey note. This guy just didn't show up to play today. Seemed closed and hollow (power of suggestion?). 10 years on lees 9 months on cork.
