Basalt Block Pinot Noir

Gorgeous, perfume, coffee and anise aromas. Intense blackberry, black cherry, and black tea flavors, great structure. This wine will be even better in a decade.

Very dark fruited but with loads of acidity. The nose is badass.

One of my favorite Oregon Pinots. Yes it’s pricey but perfect for a special event. Nice balance of dry and sweet. Just yummy!

Happy Mem Day all!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸. This is always pleasant. Robert Brittan makes a terrific Pinot that is site specific and terroir driven. And I made pizza on the Green Egg. Perfect combo.

A little too much fruit for us tonight but we love this producer. Plenty of OR earth too. Let it age. Order it!

I admit to drinking a lot of this producer. I have all vintages from 2010 but not before. It’s a great OR pinot. I strongly suggest buying some directly from the winery. BUT, a number of the 2012 corks I’ve pulled have been soaked almost all the way thru. I’ve told the winery. I have not seen it from other vintages.

Arrested development. Something was a-rye here with this 1.5 L. Sadly never opened up. Most be an exception
