Waiting for the decanting to open it up was really tight at first sip out of the bottle  OK 24 hours later this wine has really filled itself out the sharp edge is gone. The fruit brambley black berry coats the palette herb notes smooth tanins some stone has come out now this is what I consider to be a fine wine.

Herbs like from the southern France thyme mixed with plumbs on a slow fire, mix in some truffels, black ripe fruit and there we are with this wine. This is soft, silky and also very fresh. I think it’s now in its drinking window but if this is al there is🤷 you’ll never now! Great wine and I love it!

Tout simplement excellent. Au premier nez, des arômes de framboises se dégagent. Après agitation, des arômes de chocolat apparaissent. En bouche, les deux se mêlent. Un pur régal !
