Bone dry Riesling. Acidity & fresh textures enliven the palate & show pronounced tension. Aromatics are a bit mellow, but plenty of lime & light florals around. I wasn't aware that @Rajat Parr & @Sashi Moorman made Riesling, but am definitely glad I came across it.
