Lovely blend-Grenache, mourverdre, marselan, carignano, Alucante by female vintner & soft touch, really blooms w air. Great mouthfeel.

A big red blend, which stands up well to a pairing with camel tenderloin, bacon jam and mustard polenta. Color toward a dull purple. Dry, peppery but we'll balanced.

Great with amatriciana. Spicy and tons of acid.
