This is a beautiful bottle of bubbles. The terroir sings, it is racy and delicious. This bottle entirely from the 2011 vintage made with 65% Pinot meunièr, 20% Pinot noir, and 15% Chardonnay is an Extra Brut with 3.5g dosage/l.
