Tasted with 4 merlots at a tasting and was very happy with how it fared. Very elegant with a surprising long finish. Will last for many more years in the cellar.

Hmmm, lovely...
Soft and sappy fruitnotes, plums and forestfruit, mixed with tobaccoleaf and full of beautiful warm damp forestfloor... Still vivid, pure and fresh, this is a gorgeous example of Classic Mature Rightbank Bdx from a good vintage. Like it a lot!

Beautiful bouquet of crushed blackberries and blueberries with a tinge of leather and tobacco. Wonderful texture with alluring tannins but a medium finish seems to fall short of its potential.
