Julienne Reserve was great tonight. Standard STUD from CDP. Elegant fruit with huge body and length. The Salon was beautiful. My one comment about that champagne is the little bubbles. So soft and fragrant.

Blacjberry, spice, mint, creosote, tobacco, anise and bacon nose. Rich, complicated iron , stone and purple fruit flavors with a good acidity, mellow tannins and an earthy, granular finish.
