Absolutely delicious!! So full of lush fruit and flavors. A big full bodied wine that is fantastic. Drink all you can of this one

Need more time but getting better each year

Very young with loads of potential. Wonderful fruit, well integrated tannin structure and nicely balanced. Would lay off 5 years before popping another bottle.

Outstanding. Super smooth and balanced. Beautiful nose of black fruits and leather - medium bodied but lush and creamy on the palate - blackberries and boysenberry (according to my dinner partner) mix with vanilla oak and sweet tannins with a nice acidic backbone. First time having this - a beautiful wine.

2010 Dalla Valle Cabernet Sauvignon | WOW

One hour decant (lots of chunky sediment). A captivating inky dark garnet color. On the nose: dark plum, cinnamon, floral, vanilla honey, with a slight menthol hit at the end. Taste: Dark fruit, cedar, tar, honey gram cracker. Surprisingly, the tannins are mostly resolved....polished, smooth, with just a tiny hint of bitterness. Nice......a creamy bright bing cherry long finish. Drink now or over the next 10 years.

Almost "Nebbiolo-like" notes of red cherry balsam and tar. Later Mocha and plum notes arrive. Tannins surprisingly supple. Great bottle!

From Mag. Lovely lush deep nose. Dark blue fruit, very dense but savory. On the palate rich and intense. Hints of lavender with a compote, underbrush and iron quality. Delicious. Still very young
