Pale red center and salmon rim. What a nose! Great intensity and complexity. Blood orange, sweet red and black fruit, herbs, spices, sweet meat, aged burgundy. And then came the let down of the palate. Austere, med complexity and body. Off balance with edgy tannins, sharp acid and whacky abv.
