Wifey and I just finished a run, and are about to shower. What could be better than showering with a gem of a wine. Honied nose is chased by the slightest hint of oxidation on the palate. Beautiful delineation between the fruit and acid. On its downswing, but still exceptional. Drink these if you have em.

Simply stunning from the pop. Gravel, honeysuckle, acid forever. Loved it. A perfect re-entry from Cabo Chardonnay.....

Holy lumber! Was this 100% new wood?! Great mouth feel but the oak is hiding the fruit. Give it time and I'm sure it will integrate

Probably should have consumed this one a year or two ago but I wanted to see how it aged. Still very good. Butter, honey and stone fruit. Drink up...

It tasted even better with a Blues victory...

2012 vintage with home cooked Indian food.
Medium golden hue. A delicious mouth coating bright white fruit with balanced acidity for a long long finish. Very new world but chiseled enough with the acidity to be in balance. At its peak?

From magnum (the last of my 2012 Aubert Chardonnay magnums). This is very much my style of Chardonnay and, knowing that I sound like a broken record, I will state again that Mark Aubert does it as well as anyone.

Great pure fruit with a touch of oak and butter. Yummy.

Bottle given to us by a friend, decided to drink on wife's birthday. There is a lot of oak at play, loads of crisp apple and a nice lemon tartness this has time on its side, especially if the oak falls in line.
