Good, fresh vintage
Beautiful nose showing complex and powerful black cherry and sweet liquorice notes with a real granitic minerality along with intense violets, light touch of wet tabacco and wild herbs. Amazing structure.
The palate shares this structure and has blackcurrant, blackberry, black cherry with a very long, ripe finish. Outstanding but still a pup!

It takes about an hour and a half for the wine to come to its own terms, but the it becomes one of the grandest Grenache i have ever tasted

Deep ripe just right.

Two hours of aeration required. But then!
Very mild funkiness, meaning beef and/or graphite, blends in very harmoniously. Hardly tannic but still medium-bodied. Killer qpr @ €17.

Dark fruit, good ripeness, earthy nose and palate. Med + acidity and tannins , cooler more focused than nose.
