Wow. I enjoyed this a lot. Bigger than a gentleman's luncheon claret. But not overblown. Deep, still youthful, cedar and red fruits. Sexy af tannins and oh so long. Wow. Seriously good Cab blend

Decanted for two hours. Strong fruit, nice nose. Dense black fruit. Great year shined through.

Very nice, but probably a bit past its prime. Raspberries, cranberry, tobacco, and cedar. Musky taste and smell. A bit thin on the finish.

Still plenty of life left with good tannins. A bit of vegetable undertones typical of area. Other 2000s during the evening were better.
