Aug 1st, 2020A glorious wine. 2011 Raveneau are great. Light, bright, transparent, lucid. An intense rock pool nose with slate, lime, honeysuckle. A touch of grapefruit. Quite light on the palate but very defined and delicious. Not super long on the finish but refreshing and complex. Perfect with the lobster salad. A study in the power of complexity over power and focus over richness.
