Amazingly fresh and bright with traces of it's former molinerality. Lemon curd, ricotta and kiwi with bright acid.

Still medium bodied with hints of papaya and kumquats. Shortbread crust.

Slightly bitter and nutty on the finish. But pairs beautiful with food.
