Opened at a restaurant half an hour before consumption. At first the nose is a bit reticent, but with time, it opens to lovely aromas of spice and red fruits. The palate is silky and lacey. The acidity still weaving a vibrancy to the flavors. Tannins are perfectly resolved. This is wonderful, mature Gevrey and why we age our wines. And it’s Bachelet!

Garnet color. Fairly forward nose of dark and red fruit, hints of spice and slight tannins. Medium body. Long finish. Elegant and delicious.
