A soaring Staglin that fully sorted with 30 mins of air. Beautiful nose full of red flowers and dark cherry, some cedar. Intense, haunting hints of resolving tannins and dark red fruit with a Bordeaux vibe. Really nice. Call out to Pappas Bros. Houston Steakhouse majestic list (and great advice!).
