Dark concentrated black fruit and black berries with vanilla spice notes(french oak)
Med p body, med p acid, more richer, fuller bodied piedi rosso, juicy, moderate tannin, hint of savory, bitter mineral and ashy note on end. Paired with fusili with bone marrow and octopus.
