Very much alive and youthful in coloration, mint, fennel, rose petals and not much in the way of funk just yet. Would be an excellent choice with lamb or game with some wild mushrooms or truffles to bring out the tertiary components a bit more. This particular bottle in ten years could be fantastic if you prefer more dankness.
