A white that surprises even who knows it very well, very unique.
Literally it changes every time you put the nose in the glass; it starts with an apple that becomes a tart tatin with a little cinnamon, then goes to almondy, raw liquorice. Unbelievable minerality that balances that softness that is there, wet turquoise is what comes in my head🙄. The finish is that of a great wine with a symphony of all the flavours that play together.🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼

Wanted to like this a bit more than I did. It was better on day three rather than day one. Perhaps this is really meant for the cellar?
