This was gorgeous. Lifted aromatics and it just kept getting better with air.

Dujac dinner with Jeremy Seysses. This was the best flight where the 99 seemed to be the groups favorite followed by the 05. The 02 had beautiful fruit & was the most approachable.

This. Wow! Five spice powder, smoked bacon, and more red fruit than a 20-year old wine should reasonably have. Maybe it’s a great maker with grand cru grapes using whole-cluster fermentation, but it’s definitely magic. No doubt, its among the best I’ve ever had.

Lovely dark fresh blue fruit. Great detail, depth and lucid blue fruit. Still very young. Great stuff

A very pretty nose. Cherries, bramble blue fruit, real lift. That haunted pretty burg thing. On the palate very clear and precise. Quite blushing soft fruit with delicate acidity. Improving in the glass. Really exceptional
