La Côte de lAnge is not a top Ch. Neuf de P label. But it is a quality label of of the second tier that represents a good quality to price ratio. One would think that 2010 would be a high point, and maybe it is. But even 2010 is not a superior effort. Very intense, yet undefined, purple fruit and lots of menthol. It’s a pleasant and even intense drink. Nothing wrong. But not the highest expression of the terroir.
