Brut French Fermented Cider

Tour de France stage 6 enters Normandy and Brittany. Having cider with mimolette. Not bad but didn't love it.

No thanks to apple juice concentrate.

Honeyed, baked apples; low alcohol, very juicy.

Brut-cider, cider-brut. Either way, it's not exceptional, but it's not bad. Fun.

I'm in love, and it's with a French cider.
