飲み込んだあとの広がりが深くかつ広い。焦がした樽の心地良い香り、上品なキャラメルのようなニュアンス。2009はまだ若さ甘酸っぱさがほんのりとあり、だがそれもまた楽しさの一つである。プス・ドールのフラッグシップであるヴォルネイと比べてもほとんど遜色ない。
