All the things I love in a skin contract white wine. This eschewes the more common apricotty notes in favor of confit lemon and Mandarin orange, backed by great texture, tart acidity and a kiss of Brett. Evolves dynamically over the course of the evening, always showing a new pique of interest. Wine for lambic lovers.
NB: Stand this up for a while and carefully open and decant - otherwise you'll end up with a hazy, New England style IPA situation.

Need to be standing up 24 hours before opening to let all sediments settle, and decant before drinking - Pure and reminiscent, reflecting the genius of Ales Kristancic - Spicy, the wine is dry, elegant, bitterish (the grape skins disintegrated and remained in the wine) and youthful. Grape notes on the nose are overcome by a fine note of wood.
Plenty of character and a fine, long aftertaste.

Wow. Super cool wine from Movia in Slovenia. Fermented and aged on the skins, this is an aged ribolla gialla that is so interesting. Aromas of nectarines, candied orange peel, and even an undercurrent of earth, this wine just evolves on the palate. Fantastic.

Bitter Orange, Bell Pepper, a little vinegry(That's probably not a good thing in a wine). If you are into Orange wine you will like this wine. Nevertheless an interesting wine with a tasty acidity. www.flatiron-wines.com
