I frequently tell wine drinkers who boldly proclaim that they just don't like Syrah, that they need to try an older vintage from the Northern Rhone before they make that declaration. After enjoying this Clape Cornas tonight, I stand by my claim.

Super polished and clean. Beautiful fruit, but somehow the whole package seems less compelling and had less complexity than I was looking for. @Delectable Wine , it's the Clape.
