Local wine shop dude raved and I was intrigued by the Evangelho fruit. Lots of depth from a medium minus mouthfeel. Dark fruit, a little bit of stems, slight baking spices and wood chips. Not too bad for a sipping wine.

Wonderful vinosity, with macerated cherry and blueberry, golden tobacco on the nose.
Tannins and acid well balanced with opulent red fruits of baked cherry, blueberry preserve and mountain herbs.

Good work Tadeo. Day two this wine is really just straight up tasty stuff.

Light/medium mouthfeel. Dark red berries. Some spice, but not near as spicy as other carignan I've had. Dry. Finish is a little bitey, with high alcohol. Drank for birthday (2018) with Indian food (chicken biryani). Somehow it worked. Unfortunately the high alcohol and bitey flavor throws it off.
