My style with NY steak. Minty,
Plummy, sweet fruited, seamless, but also refreshing. I hogged the bottle a little, but at 12.5 it was as mild as mothers milk. It should have been a magnum.

Had one a year ago and it was great so instead of waiting to long why not drink it while it is great. And it was great. Deep, dark tabacco, dark fruit and lots of "terroir". Very Good.
