Drinking nicely, tannins still have a slight bite. Paired well with sautéed Italian sausage and rapini

Great bottle of Paje, dense, dried fruits, supple tannins, concentration with finesse

Rich mushroom, wet leather, oyster sauce nose, w dried red fruit and date palate and tart long finish. Tight tannin open after extensive back and forth pairing.

Deep but still translucent red color. Fading around the rim. Beautiful nose with anis, leather, and red cherries. Palate of earth, darker fruits, and cocoa. Solid wine with a long finish and high acidity. 14.5% ABV, which is higher than I often like, but a great wine.
