Fine mousse, a touch of sulphur and acetone that blew off rapidly. Nice full mouthfeel. Opened up and cherry and nice secondary flavors. Pretty nice.

Frisk, fruktig doft. Ren och välbalanserad syra i smaken. Kan nog bli ännu bättre och mer fyllig med några års lagring.
För övrigt en mycket bubblig skumpa. Fick ett för tidig korksläpp, vilket i princip aldrig händer mig. Fanns dock gott om härliga bubblor kvar ändå.
