I thought I’d tried ‘em all, but pleased to find this one. Classic graphite nose is followed by subtle and rich cherry, strawberry. Plums and baking chocolate. Really good, may even get better.

Earthy, cigar box, burnt oak, pepper spice all trying to hide its plum & blueberry that finds it way out after some air. Good depth of flavor, complexity, heavy tannins.

Still @ Pullman's, in Montreal! Hoping the app can Id the wine this time! So , Veronica (mgr ) is amazing!! Popped new bottle & shared great to know info!!! The new bottle of rosè works - hooyah! Tunage is strong here . Hope my Chateau Miulin Pey-Labrie. 05 ids here, but, if not, it is ready and easy to drink post one hr. opening and swirled. Cool spot & the garlicky green beans. ( all who know me now green beans are my fries ) ..:)

Nice nose. Needs decanting, but,once it opens, it becomes a fine balance of fruit, acid, tannins coating one's mouth with a slow, silky down-drift. Pullman's is a mix of urban bohemian with tasty small plates (pretty good). Wine list is extensive, but $$$y. Wait dude argued with me about a rosè flight where one was blown out from being open too long :( what can I say? Perhaps I am "the uglyAmerican, " but I don't think so having traveled the world all my life and spending a good portion of my life fortune on wine:). Wonder why he didn't merely open another bottle. ? Salute:)
