Dark ruby in color with a reddish rim.
Strong nose of blackberries, sweet cherries, black currants, oak, vanilla, cloves, tobacco, coffee, chocolates, peppercorn, spices and mocha.
Full bodied and bold with medium acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, currants, oak, smoke, vegetables, vanilla, earth, peppercorn, leather, tobacco leaf, licorice, spices, chocolates, mocha and caramel.
Medium finish with round tannins and spices.
This is a very fun Israeli Cabernet based blend. Well balanced and enjoyable by itself or with food. Showing mild complexity with a nice mouthfeel. Still young and needs another couple of years in the bottle to mature properly.
Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up.
A blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot. The Cabernet is a blend from a few different Vineyards. Aged from 8 to 20 months in French and American Oak barrels, depending on the Vineyard.
