⚡️New Release from Dalfarras ⚡️
The name Dalfarras is artist Rosa Purbrick’s maiden name. Rosa married Tahbilk’s CEO and Chief Winemaker, Alister and that’s how this celebration of wine, art and family started. Like the Tahbilk range of wines Dalfarras are carbon neutral and made from premium Victorian grapes 🍇. The artwork on the label of the 2017 Dalfarras Pinot Grigio is named ‘Lichen Dark’ which represents Rosa’s vision of lichen on a stand of birch trees. So pretty! Inside the bottle, well....

It’s a yellow shade with a pinky grey tinge to it. On the nose it has lovely aromatics of juicy fruit chewing gum, citrus and minerality. That juiciness flows through to the mouth with lip smacking flavour of fresh pear and grapefruit. It’s zesty and 100% quaffable!

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #sample #tcweekdaywine
