Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate with grapefruits, lemons, citrus, green apples, cream, bitter herbs, spices and black pepper.
Medium finish with bitter almonds and spices.
This is an above average Sauvignon Blanc from Israel. Balanced, crisp and refreshing and a bit buttery. A little bitter on the ending for my taste. Showing mild complexity and a nice mouthfeel.
