⚡️New Release⚡️ from Ferngrove in the Frankland River (Great Southern, WA). This 2017 Black Label Sauvignon Blanc retails for approximately $20. 2017 was a ‘near perfect vintage’ said Ferngrove with excellent to exceptional quality fruit across all red and white varieties.

I teamed this Sauvy up with chilli 🌶 mussels and it truly was a match made in heaven. I used the Gourmet Traveller ‘Mussels with chilli, garlic and white wine’ recipe 👌

On the eye this sauvy is a nearly water-white colour with a slight baby yellow shade. On the nose it’s a tropical fruit salad with micro herbs and flowers. While in the mouth it has refreshing acidity and minerality with a lovely crisp finish. Perfect chilli mussels companion!

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #sample #tcweekdaywine
