Jack cheese and wisconsin age cheddar cheese. So after eating it with grill cheese the flavor of the wine lacked as I like to pair it with dinner it didn't pop , seen as I have mixed wine with grill cheese before that makes your mouth feel a sense of euphoria. However Mix this wine with some good cheese and slowly eat and drink it to enjoy every moment of this wine.
