Pale ruby in color; cherries, oak, and raspberries on the nose; high acidity; medium; tastes like cranberries, pomegranates, and wet gravel with a long fruity finish. None of the herb flavors I've had in other chiantis I've had, but still really good. Great for the price! Pleasant and easy to drink. Nellie says it's ok.

Medium plus acidity medium bodied.
Very dry on the palate.
A good food wine that I paired with cheeses and crackers.

Light color. Nose: light, bright, cherry, sandalwood. Palate: light, bright, a little bitter, anonymous. Meh. 80. Will not buy again, even if itās cheap. Might make a good sangria though - no wood influence at all.
