Circa 2016. Check out the non-frosted bottle. Another cellar discovery for us. Surprisingly fresh and zippy with no signs of aging. Sweet and sour candy notes. Impressive for its continued verve and vitality.

Citrus explosion on all sense. Acid significantly relaxed on the second day, meaning this isn’t quite ready for prime time. Give it another year in the bottle. But here at Nobu Hotel, Las Cabos, it’s kickin ass and taking names.

Current vintage from BM. The 18 is more approachable. Sherbet nose with urgency and tension on the palate. Let this rest a year before approaching.

Date Night - Prior notes apply exceptional SB. Taught and tense, yet very accessible.
Honeydew melon and meyer lemon combine to present what is a very compact package. Finishes with a powerful mineral profile, and brisk acidity. This will cellar very well - Domodomo, NYC.

On the nose, notes of grapefruit and lemon sherbet are piercing. As always, mid palate presents pineapples and guava. Finishes with brisk acidity, but tilts toward dryness. Very well done, as usual...
