A striking clear golden color. Nice small bubbles that flow continuously. The nose is really fun and fresh consisting primarily of pretty citrus fruit and purple flowers. Toasted bread and walnuts sing alongside flaky pie crust and a barrel full of apples.

100% Chardonnay from three vintages. Grower champagne from the village of Montgenost with a dosage of 5 g/l. Dense but sexy at the same time, this is fuller bodied and appropriate for all times. The acid is there but never in the way. Firm structure and very classy.

Delightfully crisp and fruity, the combination of the tangy acid and citrus take this to another level. White peaches and fresh herbs shine on the palate. Long finish at the end. Congratulations, this is your new house champagne.
