This @conchaytoro @fronterawines Pinot Noir hails from Chile. It’s definitely a more lighter bodied and savoury Pinot than I’m use to. Also at $13 it’s definitely on the cheaper side for a Pinot!
-
It’s a light ruby red colour in the glass. The nose is very earthy with hints of ripe vanilla infused cherries. In the mouth it’s juicy and full of savouriness, including some black pepper spice. Mr. Spittoon really enjoyed this one.

Dark rich fruits especially blackberry dark cherry and dark chocolate greet you as you lift this smooth and velvety on the palate with hint of licorice, leather, black currant and sweet new harvest cherry and slight white pepper finish. Very good for such a young wine
